Pavel Brůžek is the personification of the term “family office." Continuing his father's successful business career, he plays the role of active investor, manager of the family's property and the BPD group's assets.

Pavel's strong motivation is the desire not to stop looking for added value for the partners, his family, employees and society as such. Thanks to the experience he gained by working his way up his father's company from the position of assistant, through strategic development and technical director, since his youth Pavel has learned how to deal with demanding and complicated problems in the company's management. As chairman of the board of directors of BPD partners, Pavel applies the principles of responsible and sustainable asset management.

For him, the Family office means responsibility for caring for the assets and legacy (meaning the values and good name) of the partners' families that are to be handed over to future generations. As he says himself, "I was raised by my parents to understand that wealth certainly doesn't mean just having lots of money, but it is formed by what we have learned, what we have created and how many people we have helped with our activities.“

In his youth, Pavel was a successful sportsman, representing the Czech Republic internationally in snowboarding competitions. He still has a positive relationship with winter sports.
